Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Firmelle Lift LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery, as indicated by the carrier’s tracking system.

Return requests submitted after this period may be denied at our sole discretion.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all components included
  • Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, intimate apparel products are non-returnable if they have been worn, washed, or altered.


Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

You must inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before issuing a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Final sale or clearance items (when marked as such)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different item, you must place a new order and request a return for the eligible product.


European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds based on compliance with this policy.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

Firmelle Lift LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or inability to return items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
