Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Firmelle Lift LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Firmelle Lift LLC shall not be liable for delays, lost shipments, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may not be guaranteed.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization.

Processing includes verification, quality control, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

Tracking updates may take several days to become active in the carrier’s system.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Local postal service disruptions

Shipping Origin & Split Shipments

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses and international fulfillment centers, including locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability. Each shipment may have its own tracking number.


Delivery Attempts & Carrier Responsibility

Delivery is handled by third-party carriers and local postal services.

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup.

Once a shipment is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Firmelle Lift LLC shall not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Recipient unavailability

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.


Non-Delivery Claims

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe and may require verification, including confirmation of the shipping address and review of carrier tracking information.

We reserve the right to deny claims where the carrier confirms successful delivery.
